9:30 – 10:30 GENERAL PRINCIPLES AND BASICS OF ULTRASOUND 

• Basics of imaging
• Basics of injections 

10:30 – 11:00 MACHINES AND SET UP 

11:00 – 12:30 BASICS OF HAND ULTRASOUND + HANDS ON 

• Joints + injections (rc, cmc, mcp, sl)
• Tendons dorsal (compartments + de quervain) 
• Tendons volar (carpal tunnel, pulleys, tendons) 

12:30-13:30 LUNCH BREAK 

13:30 – 15:00 BASICS OF ELBOW ULTRASOUND + HANDS ON 

• Rc + injections (dorsal articular) 
• Lateral elbow (rc + extensor group)
• Medial elbow (flexor group + ulnar nerve)
• Bicep tendon 

15:00 – 15:30 COFFEE BREAK

15:30 – 16:30 BASICS OF SHOULDER ULTRASOUND + HANDS ON 

• Joints + injections (glenohumeral, bursal, ac)
• Bicep tendon
• Rotator cuff  

16:30 – 17:00 PRACTICAL GUIDE (INJECTIONS + Q&A)
