9:30 – 10:30 GENERAL PRINCIPLES AND BASICS OF ULTRASOUND 

• Basics of imaging
• Basics of injections 

10:30 – 11:00 MACHINES AND SET UP 

11:00 – 12:30 BASICS OF HIP ULTRASOUND

• Hip joint + iliopsoas
• Greater trochanter + bursa

12:30 – 13:30 LUNCH BREAK 

13:30 – 14:30 BASICS OF KNEE ULTRASOUND + HANDS ON 

• Tibiofibular joint 
• Medial knee (mcl, meniscus)
• Lateral knee (itb, meniscus, tibiofibular)
• Anterior knee (patellar tendon, quad tendon)

14:30 – 15:00 COFFEE BREAK

15:00 – 16:30 BASICS OF ANKLE ULTRASOUND + HANDS ON 

• Joints + injections (tt, tn, tmt)
• Achilles tendon
• Tibialis anterior & posterior
• Lateral ankle

16:30 – 17:00 PRACTICAL GUIDE (INJECTIONS + Q&A)
